ИДЕНТИФИКАЦИЯ И ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКА ОСНОВНЫХ ВТОРИЧНЫХ МЕТАБОЛИТОВ ГРИБОВ FUSARIUMTRICINCTUM

Грибы рода Fusarium, паразитирующие на растениях, известны как продуценты разнообразных метаболитов с широкой биологической активностью. Метаболиты F. tricinctum ранее изучались на штаммах, изолированных преимущественно с пшеницы и кукурузы. Проведено исследование вторичных метаболитов F. tricinctum, изолированного из внутренних тканей побегов яблонь. Видовая принадлежность штамма подтверждена анализом последовательностей генов 18S рРНК. С помощью методов высокоэффективной жидкостной хроматографии (ВЭЖХ) обнаружено шесть вторичных метаболитов: энниатины (A, B, G, H), гибепирон B и ауреонитол. Идентификация данных соединений была проведена при помощи метода жидкостной хроматографии с масс-спектрометрическим детектированием (LC-MS). Выявлено, что неочищенный грибковый экстракт проявляет слабую антибактериальную активность в отношении Mycobacterium tuberculosis и Staphylococcus aureus.
