ОБЗОР ПЕРСПЕКТИВНЫХ СПОСОБОВ ВЫВЕДЕНИЯ ФТОРИД- И ХЛОРИД-ИОНОВ ИЗ РАСТВОРОВ ДЛЯ ПОДГОТОВКИ ЦИНКОВОГО ЭЛЕКТРОЛИТА К СТАДИИ ЭЛЕКТРОЭКСТРАКЦИИ

Освещена проблема подготовки продуктивных растворов цинкового производства к операции электроэкстракции металла. В частности, рассмотрен вопрос выведения ионов галогенидов. Проведен сравнительный обзор способов удаления ионов хлора и фтора из растворов. Сделаны выводы о наиболее перспективных сорбентах, пригодных для применения в условиях цинкового производства. Приведены их основные свойства - сорбционная емкость, «рабочий» диапазон pH, условия регенерации. Описаны способы получения нанокристаллического акаганеита, который эффективен для удаления ионов фтора и хлора из продуктивных растворов цинкового производства.
